If you’re a Miss Social regular, then you’ve probably noticed a new look-and-feel to the Miss Social site. Aside from the visual reboot, we’ve added some improvements around the site that we think you’ll enjoy:
- Gallery pages for Contestants. Now all your photos live in a single gallery that’s associated with your profile. Here’s an example of a contestant gallery from Miss Social October 2012 winner, Angie Vu Ha.
- A streamlined and improved profile design for Contestants. FYI – We’ll be awarding votes to contestants who fill out all the sections on their profile and upload photos (up to 40 photos).
- A more robust Photo hub experience, allowing you to view recently uploaded Contestant photos and featured Miss Social galleries.
- Judges, you now have the option to make your profile Public. We’re giving you control whether or not Contestants and other Judges can see your information, like your Facebook or Twitter usernames. Don’t worry, your vote log and latest actions are still private even if your profile is set to Public.
With any new site, there may exist small bugs here and there. Bear with us as we continue to improve your experience. If you are having difficulty with the site please send us a note, detailing your issue, on our Support page.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be taking a closer look at the gaming mechanics of the site and finding cool new ways to earn more votes. We look forward to our continued focus on improving the Miss Social competition for both Contestants and Judges alike.
Thanks for all your support,
The Playboy Miss Social Team
