THE CHALLENGE:

Stay in bed for this Challenge! Submit a sexy, classy photo of you lounging around in bed. Do you wear cute Superman underwear to bed or do you sleep in wearing a sexy tank? Curl up in your sheets or with your favorite throw pillows. Tops and bottoms must be worn in your photo.

Email us a sexy lazy-day photo of you in bed.

  • Start: Monday, May 20th at 12:30 pm PST
  • Last Submission due by 8:00 am PST Thursday May 23rd
  • End: Thursday May 23rd at 12:30 pm PST

RULES (THE BASICS):

1. Email us ONE (1) photo submission to misssocial@playboy.com

  • You must be a registered Contestant in the competition to enter. Join today.

2. Include your Miss Social profile URL in the body of the email – the one that looks like: playboymisssocial.com/yourname

3. We will post each photo in a Facebook Album on our Facebook Page.

4. Once your photo has been posted on our Page, promote it via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. in order to get more Facebook Likes.

RULES (ADVANCED):

1. No Nudity or Implied Nudity. You must wear a top and bottom in your photo.  All photos must follow our Photo Policy.

2. Winner (PBMS Choice) is based on the sole discretion of the Playboy Miss Social team.

3. Photo submissions should be original – meaning, you should take a new photo for this specific challenge. Photos previously posted on Miss Social or other social media sites are frowned upon and may affect our decision for PBMS Choice selection.

4. If you email more than one photo, you will be disqualified. Pick your best photo before emailing.

PRIZES:

  • Photo with the Most Likes: 500,000 Votes
  • Photo with the 2nd Most Likes: 400,000 Votes
  • Photo with the 3rd Most Likes: 300,000 Votes
  • PBMS Choice (Playboy Miss Social Team Selection): 400,000 votes and a spot in the May 2013 Finals!

What Makes a Good Photo Submission?

Here are some very helpful tips on what we, the Miss Social team, are looking for when picking Challenge winners:

  • Photos that are crisp & clear (non-blurry) and high-resolution (larger dimensions). Camera phones might not be your best choice unless you have a newer phone with a solid camera.
  • Photos that are original, creative, and were clearly created for the specific Challenge theme (we know when you use recycled photos from an old shoot or use old Facebook photos).
  • Photos that show your entire body. Fact: a face-only photo has never won a Challenge.
  • Photos that are sexy, playful and engaging to our audience. Rally support from your fans!
  • Photos that do not have excessive text, URLs and watermarks on them. Showcase your submission through your beauty & creativity, not through “Vote for ME!” text branded across your photo.

 

Note: PBMS will upload your submissions to the Challenge album as quickly as possible. However, have realistic expectations if you email your photo outside of normal business hours & weekends (which will likely be posted the next morning).

Frisky Friday Challenge – May 17th

The Challenge: 

Post your best #FriskyFriday photo on Twitter or Instagram (or both). If you’re not familiar, #FriskyFriday is a celebration of ladies from around the world taking sexy self-shot photos.  Take a frisky or teasing non-nude picture to bring on the weekend.

  • Photos must be non-nude. Do not re-use old photos. These photos must be new.

One Day Challenge:

Friday, May 17th, 12:01 AM PST – 11:59 PM PST

1. Post a new photo on either Twitter or Instagram (or both) showcasing your best #FriskyFriday look.

2. Follow @playboysocial and @playboy on Twitter & Instagram

3. Tag @playboysocial and @playboy in the photo

4. ONLY add the following hashtags to your photo: #friskyfriday #playboymisssocial

  • If you don’t follow Rules 3 & 4 then we won’t be able to locate your photo.

Mini-Games and Game Tokens

We’re excited to introduce Mini-Games and Game Tokens to the PBMS experience.

We’ve been listening to you for the past year and it’s become clear that you guys want more ways for judges to earn votes and interact with the site. So, it’s time for a new feature! We’re adding mini-games to PBMS. We’ll start out slowly by rolling out The Wheel this month, but expect more mini-games in the near future.

Mini-games will operate exactly like a standard arcade game. A single token will give you one play.

We’ll be giving out game tokens throughout the month, so keep an eye out for announcements.

What are Mini-Games?
Mini-games are games within PBMS where judges can win votes and prizes. All mini-games require game tokens to play.

What are Game Tokens?
Game tokens allow Judges to play PBMS games

How Do I Earn Game Tokens?
-Elites earn one game token every day they log in to the site
-Every Judge will be awarded a game token at the beginning of each contest
-New Judges will receive one game token when they sign up
-PBMS will give away tokens as rewards

What can I do with my Game Tokens?
Right now, you can spin the PBMS Wheel and earn votes. Over the next couple months we will be rolling out more games.

The Challenge: 

Cinco de Mayo (Spanish for “fifth of May”) is a day to celebrate Mexican heritage, culture and pride. Post a #CincoDeMayo themed photo on Twitter or Instagram (or both) on Sunday May 5th.

Ideas: Wear a colorful, sexy flowing dress resembling the traditional embroidered Puebla dress. Celebrate by wearing Mexico’s flag colors – green, white, and red. Wear ribbons and flowers in your hair. Or create a Mexican Fiesta. However you celebrate Cinco de Mayo, take a photo and show us.
